| GERALDO FERREIRA, VICE PRESIDENT, INVESTMENT PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING, TRANSAMERICA LIFE CANADA, Geraldo Ferreira joined Transamerica Life Canada, a subsidiary of AEGON Canada Inc., in 1999 and has an extensive background of experience in the financial services industry. He was appointed Vice President, Investment Product Development and Marketing in January 2003 for Transamerica Life Canada and AEGON Fund Management Inc. He is also responsible for the management of the TOP Portfolios. Prior to joining AEGON Canada in 1999, he held a number of management positions with Canada Trust and CT Investment Management Group. Mr. Ferreira has over 19 years experience in the financial services industry. He was also a contributing writer for IFIC’s Investments and Securities in Canada course. He is primarily responsible to support the mutual fund business within the Private Investment Advice channel of TD Waterhouse. He and his team conduct third party investment manager research for various areas within the banks distribution channels. He manages the Analysts’ Choice Funds (ACF) List of recommended mutual funds used throughout TD Waterhouse Canada as well as several mutual fund model portfolio programs. Mr. Kim is a key member of Arrow’s Risk Management and Investment Management committees. Prior to joining Arrow, Mr. Kim was the Head of Research at Aon Consulting. He also led the research effort for a major Canadian bank focusing on traditional, alternative and structured product research for retail distribution. As well, Mr. Kim served as a senior analyst and officer at a global consulting firm responsible for manager research, due diligence, and portfolio construction overseeing $2 billion in assets. Gordon graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and received his Master of Business Administration from the Queen's School of Business at Queen's University.

PRENEVOST, CFA, FRM, HEAD OF MULTIMANAGER, HSBC INVESTMENTS (CANADA), Lane joined HSBC in 2005 and is responsible for investment manager research and due diligence for HSBC's Canadian distribution channels. Prior to joining HSBC, Lane was with TD Asset Management where he was responsible for managing various fund of funds and model portfolios. His duties included determining asset allocation and manager selection, as well as researching portfolio strategies. | PETER LOVE, PRESIDENT, LOVE ENERGY CONSULTANTS INC., Peter Love recently formed Love Energy Consultants Inc.’s to foster culture change as part of his commitment to advancing sustainability. In 2005, Peter became Ontario’s first Chief Energy Conservation Officer with the Ontario Power Authority to provide leadership in electricity conservation and advancing conservation in Ontario. He was a leader in setting among the most aggressive targets for conservation in North America and reported that Ontario met its first conservation target of a five percent peak demand reduction by the end of 2007. Previously, Peter was the Executive Director of the Canadian Energy Efficiency Alliance, co-founder of the Summerhill Group and was responsible for managing the R-2000 and Energy Star New Homes programs. An active volunteer, Love serves on several committees and task forces. No stranger to the concept of a “cultural shift” in the Province, early in his career Peter worked as a project coordinator for Pollution Probe with the team that developed the 3Rs campaign “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle”. In recognition of Peter’s commitment to sustainable buildings and energy efficiency, he was inducted into the EnerQuality/R-2000 Hall of Fame and earned a Lifetime Achievement Award from Sustainable Buildings Canada. |

BLAIR FELTMATE, PROFESSOR, FACULTY OF ENVIRONMENT AND DIRECTOR SUSTAINABILITY PRACTICE, UNIVERSITY OF WATERLOO, Dr. Feltmate is also Chair of the Sustainable Electricity Program, Canadian Electricity Association. Previously, Dr. Feltmate was Director of Sustainable Development, Ontario Power Generation, and prior to that he was Vice President of Sustainable Development, Bank of Montreal. Before joining the Bank of Montreal, Dr. Feltmate spent ten years developing the sustainable development programs for two dozen multi-national corporations. Dr. Feltmate has co-authored a textbook on environmental science, and he has published approximately 40 papers on environmental science, corporate sustainable development and the capital markets. |
| PAUL BATES, DEAN, DEGROOTE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS AT MCMASTER UNIVERSITY, Paul Bates has been a leader and educator in the Canadian business community for more than two decades. In March of 2004 he was appointed as the dean of the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.
